EFT Session

Client Agreement

  • The client understands that Genevieve Josephine's highest priority is her clients' well-being.

  • The client understands that Genevieve provides sessions that are delivered with compassion, empathy, and sensitivity.

  • The client understands that Genevieve is not a licensed health care provider, therapist, or psychologist. She is a Certified Clinical EFT Practitioner through EFT Universe and a Certified Tarot Advisor through Biddy Tarot.  

  • The client understands that they are advised to consult licensed professionals for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, as Genevieve is not qualified to provide assistance in those areas.

  • The client understands that Genevieve can not diagnose medical conditions.

  • The client understands that they are advised to consult with their current health care providers before changing any medications or treatments.

  • The client understands that all personal information and the details of each session will remain confidential and private, taking into consideration the following as required by law:

    • Genevieve may disclose private information without consent to protect clients or the public from serious harm. (Ex. Plans to attempt suicide or harm another person.)

    • Genevieve is required to report current domestic violence, abuse, or neglect of children, older adults, or people with disabilities.

    • Genevieve may release information if she receives a court order.

  • The client understands that if they are under 18, they must submit written consent from a guardian before the first session. 

  • The client understands that they are responsible for their own well-being and the decisions they make following a session.

Payment Policy

The payment must be processed at the time of scheduling a session.

Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation is necessary, please notify Genevieve at least 24 hours before the session, and a full refund will be issued.

If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the session, no refund will be issued.

Late Policy

If the client is unable to join the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

By scheduling a session, the client agrees to these terms.
