What to expect during the first session:

In our initial session, we will focus on establishing a baseline of safety and emotional regulation before we begin tapping on highly triggering or traumatic experiences. We will practice the Tapping technique using a neutral topic that activates only a mild emotional reaction.

While you may feel ready to address major experiences right away, it is essential to first develop a foundation of regulation that your body can return to in future sessions. This ensures that you can move gently through the Tapping process as we continue working together.
